Unwrapping

I make no qualms about loving gifts. Some may attribute to my seeded roots of materialism to vanity, but, nay, I completely disagree. I like to think of it as something more along the lines of thoughtfulness and enjoying the process of unwrapping things…or, more pointedly, unwrapping girlish pleasures (can I get an amen for tiffany-blue boxes, gold Godiva ribbon, and deep brown Louis Vuitton bags?), and not frozen pizza or cleaning products.

Three cheers for unwrapping!

This afternoon I was pleasantly surprised when I received a package in the mail from my amazing client, Sandy. She’s a PR big-wig for Tweezerman and was thoughtful enough to send me a thank you gift for their recent engagement session. How fabulous is she?! I had seen them at Saks Fifth Avenue recently and wondered if they’d be able to work wonders on my brows…hopefully they will because I sometimes worry I may appear to have eyebrows reminiscent of knuckle-dragging men of yesteryear 🙂
